I help you put your condition’s health impacts and lifestyle measures into perspective and empower you in the face of fear and uncertainty.

I help clients re-define what age means and look and feel younger.
I travel extensively – up to 300 days a year in trains, planes and cars in more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North and South America since 2003. And know the challenges to eat, relax or exercise.
I am not only my best guinea pig for what works – and what does not. I am also a Candidate for a License in Personal training and Nutritional Counselling. Since 2013 I am the managing editor of a portal on nutrition, exercise and biohacking.
Knowing what to do gets you only so far. Knowing how to motivate yourself and stick with the change on the long run is just as important. I can help you hack your brain with tools from coaching, communication and psychology.
